All 13 categories: label-system color as the sign background, one traditional quilt block per category, Canva-importable with editable text.
Concept for replacing the navbar's Drive-link 'Free Guide' with a /guides gallery: real cover art for all 7 almanac volumes, email-capture modal (Klaviyo at launch), mobile-first. Includes launch checklist.
In-store QR sign-up card updated to the new Friday newsletter identity: tri-color masthead, exact 3,611+ shopper count, same QR to /newsletter. Source HTML for the Canva master import.
Milestone hex badge system for labels: Poundage Club ladder, Scoop Counts, Time on the Shelf, year-stamped All-Stars, Local & Origin, Refill Rhythm — every badge a fact that only gets truer.
Six concepts for embedding real popularity stats (lbs scooped, restocks, NEW arrivals) into bin labels — with the print-time-refresh answer to the staleness problem.
Almanac Edition, Wrapped Poster, and Shopkeeper's Ledger takes on the weekly Refills/Restocks/Recipes page, plus the archive index and email mockup. Real BYOC total + real recipes; restocks are sample data.
Full kill list from live data: ~$8.4k/yr in deletable dollars, duplicate crons, idle workers, and the standing delete rules. Numbered for approval. Store numbers corrected Jul 12: 12 true zero-sellers, not 226.
90-day zero-velocity report from live Square data, with tabs for 30-day zeros and barely-moving items. Corrects the inflated 226/45% claim: 12 true zero-sellers, 8% dead.
Live-data strategy brief: the retention finding, ranked threads, Columbia gates, and the interactive Weekly Compass ritual.
Three carousel formats rebuilt in Tare's brand from Mitchell's reference posts: specimen-poster cover + giant-type detail slides, annotated fact slides with hand arrows, and a bold cut-out cover. Feed ratio, real items.
Story graphic concepts (1080×1920) for the restock routine, built from today's real Recently Restocked list. Candidates for the Phase 2 one-click PNG template.
Twelve textured concepts: quilt patchwork, SVG wood grain, gingham, seed packets, embroidery, flour sacks, and two gradient skies. Same real July 7 restock list.
The actual July 7 carousel: specimen cover with all 20 recently restocked items + 8 giant-type detail slides. PNG renders emailed to Mitchell for posting.
Score v3: every area banded 0-100 from unacceptable to target on what the team controls, over timely windows; checklist scan coverage counts; per-component breakdown under the ring.
Five live-data story templates (restock carousel, pounds sold, BYOC count, recipe spotlight, what's been scoopin') rendered daily by headless Chrome and emailed as a QA pack.
Four full-page window signs announcing today's early 4:30 PM close for a team field trip. Print-ready on Letter.
Redesign of the HQ 'Projected Sales' card so the accuracy numbers are crystal clear. The old card showed one cryptic '79% accuracy' badge that actually grades the 8am morning baseline, not the live ,980 number beside it. This surfaces all three: Yesterday (daily), Morning forecast (30-day), and Live projection (30-day) — each labeled in plain English. Two layout options to choose from: A = inline labeled strip, B = compact badge + tap-to-open detail panel.
Branded Tare to-do list for a reel/post and printing. Built to match the Quick Note cards: linen-weave paper, dashed cross-stitch frame, green underline header, hexagon checkboxes, and the website's quilt crosshatch band as a footer divider. Only the words 'To-Do List'. index.html = screen/reel version, print.html = US Letter print source, plus a print-ready PDF emailed to Mitchell.
Upgraded maker-submissions FAQ answer, modeled on a competitor block but in Tare's voice and brand (no em dashes). Two variants: a plain FAQ entry that drops into faq.html, and a designed rust callout card. Real Tare address + mitchell@ email.
Daily humans-vs-bots split, bot composition, and where real visitors are coming from. Pulled live from refillhq-db.
